Well at the worst I sprained something, at the least it's just bursitis. I hit my knee on the stem before directly, and it was swelled like this for a week or so, fluid builds up if you hit it just right. 
Wow! Beautiful countryside and a nice 4X track. Wish we had some 4X stuff like that here! 
Wow! That kid is a prodigy, next biking superstar. No helmet though, that's scary, especially for a kid that good, so much to lose!
You HAVE to watch the VOD, sickest urban riding ever.
